Position Summary
Provide support to the AMS organization by managing, executing and evaluating tasks and projects for the Facets, NetworX, and HSS applications to improve the reliability, supportability and scalability of current AMS customers. Provides technical expertise on Facets product as well as management of service improvement projects assigned. Communicates status of projects and coordinates activities with technical teams inside TriZetto. The Software Engineer demonstrates proficiency using appropriate tools, platforms and programming languages to meet project deliverables.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise as a subject matter expert on Facets products
- Enhancing the implementation and administration of Facets
- Utilization and development of tools, scripts, and applications related to Facets
- Complete project plans for Service Improvement within TriZetto AMS
- Manage assigned service improvement projects, providing timely status and tracking

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting/implementing Facets
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in a large/complex environments across multiple data centers
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with engineers and executives
- Proven leadership capabilities with matrixed teams and ability to drive issues to closure
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Enterprise software experience
- Experience with multi-tiered system operations, including web, application and database operational support & services
- Experience with 24x7 operations
- Experience with Networx, HSS, SharePoint and MS Project
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
