Position Summary
Maintain and enhance the existing Application Management Services (AMS) metrics/business intelligence solution as well as help set the future direction of the organization’s business intelligence and reporting needs to support the business and the AMS customers. Plan, build and deploy the advanced technology solution for the AMS customer interactive solution related to enhancing the customer experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Designing and coding server components to fit within an existing C# framework to gather desired application performance metrics for TriZetto software solutions
- Designing and coding client components that call the server components via ReSTful APIs
- Automation of log parsing in support of software forensics and predictive alerting
- Integrating disparate software components using SDKs/APIs/XML, etc.
- Creation of user interfaces, including both thick clients and web pages
- Aggregating and summarizing data from multiple sources into reports, metrics, analytics, dashboards, etc.
- Agile software development process
- Use of one or more commercial APM tools, such as Quest Foglight, HP RUM, BMC End User Experience Management, etc.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a variety of Information Technology roles, with 3+ years of experience as developer
- 2+ years of experience each with two or more current programming languages, such as Java, C#, C++, Perl, .NET, etc.
- 2+ years of experience designing and coding Web Services
- 2+ years of experience with integrating disparate software solutions via APIs and custom-developed code
- Thought and technical leadership experience in the areas of Application Performance Monitoring, End User Experience Monitoring, etc.
- Experience working within an Agile software development environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for software forensics
- Experience each creating user interfaces for both thick clients and Web pages
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively
- Collaborative team player (ability to work well with others or independently)
- Strong written and verbal skills Motivated, Creative Thinker
