TriZetto Academy Summary:
Attracting and developing high potential recent college graduates and current TriZetto Associates who have superior communication skills and acute analytical ability and want to drive meaningful change to the healthcare industry and their careers. The program is designed to develop the next generation of TriZetto leaders who will drive TriZetto’s future success within multiple business units including our Software Engineering, Consulting, Product Development, Sales and Learning Services teams.

TriZetto Academy Associate Responsibilities:

- Committing to and attending the Academy for 8-12 weeks of intensive training, dependent on career path, delivered in various TriZetto office locations and via virtual, self-directed modules.
- Being fully engaged in the program and showing dedication to TriZetto’s Product training/certification courses.
- Infusing their knowledge of our product line and helping make a difference to TriZetto, our clients and in Healthcare.

Qualifications of a TriZetto Academy Associate:

- A College degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Information Systems (or equivalent technology focus).
- Keen desire for a career in healthcare technology software development, software engineering, and configuration and quality assurance.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The acute ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, functions well under pressure, plan and meet tight deadlines.
- A natural and demonstrated inclination towards leadership, diplomacy, and excellent judgment.
- Course work in State of the art technologies in software development.
- Knowledge and course work in Web design technologies (eg. Bootstrap).
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of required authorization from TriZetto Corporation
